Refund policy

At Laybac, we want you to feel good about what you order from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with returns.

Returns
You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

How to Start a Return
If you’d like to return an item, simply send us a message first and we’ll provide you with a return shipping label.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Size exchanges
If you need a different size, simply email us at dominic@laybacclothing.com and let us know which size you'd like to exchange your item for.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Once we receive your package and confirm that the item is unused and in its original condition, we'll ship your replacement size to you at no additional shipping cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. In these cases, we’ll of course cover the return shipping cost and make things right.
